Michael W. Lessing, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer and Founder |
Michael Lessing founded ProSync Technology Group, LLC in 2000. After serving
in the military as an Electronic Warfare Specialist, he continued on as an independent consultant
to DoD. As an entrepreneur, he has been an inspiring leader in business partnership development and
client relationship management. In a few short years, Michael developed ProSync from a small, one-person,
consulting company to a financially independent corporation with dozens of employees with a wide
range of technical expertise. In his spare time he enjoys reading, playing the piano, and spending time
with friends and family. |

Tori Boats
Chief Operating Officer |
Serving as Chief Operating Officer, Tori Boats translates ProSync's strategic
vision and plan into a specific set of policies, resources and prioritized strategic, tactical and operational
work plans for all groups. Her focus is to innovate and explore internal operations methodologies and work in
collaboration with executive management to develop and implement new technologies and procedures to meet strategic
organizational objectives. She plays a key role in ProSync's leadership, strategy and direction ensuring high
quality solutions to ProSync customers. Her distinguished career spans a diversity of roles in the IT industry,
including systems engineer, enterprise systems architecture, ELINT and SIGINT mission support, linguistics, and
project management. She is also a veteran of the United States Air Force with over 13 years of experience
working with the National Security Agency.
Tori earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University in 2003, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in 2001 and a Bachelors of Science in CMIS a the University of Maryland. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds several technical certifications. Tori spends her free time enjoying ballet or home improvement projects. |

Dr. Richard Esposito
Chief Scientist |
Dr. Richard Esposito is an accomplished engineer, author, and educator
in the field of information technology. He serves as an IT strategist,
architect, and consultant for ProSync. He holds a D.E. in Industrial Engineering, MS in Operations Research, and BS in Mathematics from the
Polytechnic University (N.Y.) and is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (Society of Cost Estimating
and Analysis). Richard’s hobbies include bowling with his teenage son, being a handyman around the house,
and performing automotive repair. |

Harvey Warshaw
Vice President of Operations |
Harvey is the VP of Operations at ProSync. He holds a BS and MS in Management,
is a retired soldier (enlisted and commissioned officer), and is Six Sigma qualified (gold). In addition
to military assignments, Mr. Warshaw has worked for The Analytic Sciences Corporation (TASC) as a Senior
Member of the Technical Staff; System Technology Associates (STA) as the Director of Business Development,
DynCorp as Vice President / Director for Business Development, and Director of Operations for Maxim Systems.
In December 2001, Mr. Warshaw joined Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems and subsequently Raytheon
Technical Services Company. There he assisted on numerous Raytheon opportunities and Six Sigma projects.
He has been assigned as a trainer and mentor to numerous mid-level managers and small disadvantaged business.
Responsibilities included developing and briefing techniques for successful business development. He
assisted the Raytheon Learning Institute in developing "Deal To Win" courses. Mr. Warshaw twice
received the Raytheon Award for Excellence. In May 2007, Mr. Warshaw joined ProSync to help manage and
grow new and existing business. |
