Generous Paid Time Off and Holiday Leave
Paid Time Off has been structured to amply reward employees and to encourage longevity with the company. Paid Time Off is determined based on the level of experience and increases with seniority. At ProSync we recognize 10 Federal Holidays.
Medical Benefits
Comprehensive medical benefits are available for employees and eligible family members. Employees are given the option of selecting one of our three health plans through CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Dental benefits are available to full-time employees and eligible family members.

ProSync offers coverage at no cost to the employee.
Tuition Reimbursement
ProSync encourages employees to broaden their job-related knowledge and identify courses that will be beneficial to their professional growth. ProSync provides the opportunity for employees, who meet certain qualifications, to receive reimbursements for costs paid in pursuit of professional development.
Computer Incentive Program
ProSync provides employees an annual incentive to purchase computer equipment to keep our engineers up-to-date with technology changes.
401(k) Plan
ProSync has an excellent 401(k) Plan and Investment Plan. Eligible employees, upon hire can contribute to the plan on a pre-tax basis. The plan offers a variety of funds to chose from. Employee contributions are always 100% vested.
401(k) Employer Match
ProSync matches a percentage of the employees contribution. The employer contribution is incrementally vested over a period of time.
